Please take note of the important changes in fee structure for all JomNiaga transactions.

Previously, JomNiaga fees are split between the Vendor and affiliate. So for every sale, the JomNiaga fees are deducted from the sale and the balance is split between the Vendor and the Affiliate according to the commission percentage.

We based this method from the same fee structure used by ClickBank, since it has worked form them in the past 10 years.
In the new method, all fees are paid by the Vendor only. Affiliates will receive a clean commission based on the exact percentage you have set. 

For example, if you set the commissions at 50%, then for a sale of a RM100 product the affiliate will receive RM50.
We feel that this method is better for affiliates as it is easier to understand. Plus, it will be more compatible when we launch other type of programs like Pay Per Lead and Managed Accounts.

The net amount you get will only be different for sales generate by affiliates. For direct non-affiliate sales the net amount will be the same as before.

If you want, you can change the commission percentage paid to affiliates accordingly to compensate for the change in structure.
All other financial elements remain the same. You can refer to the accounting policy for more info.
