Server Maintenance on Monday, July 22th 2013

Dear all valued users,

Please be informed that, on Monday, July 22th, 2013 between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM, we will be performing maintenance on the JomNiaga server.

During the maintenance process, JomNiaga website and system will not be accessed or used for no longer than 15 minutes , but it is based on many possibilities and may (rarely) exceed 30 minutes.

Changes in Premium Vendor System

We have recently made an important change to Premium Vendors that may be important to you.

Based on feedback, we are now giving Premium Vendors the option of allowing ALL affiliates to promote your offers. In fact, this is already set as default in your account.

As a result, you will see more traffic from affiliates, and more sales.

However, if you want only CERTIFIED affiliates (who have verified their identify) to be able to promote your offers, you can manually edit this under Store > Settings.

In most cases, this will not be necessary. If you are running a Pay Per Lead campaign, rest assured that the JomNiaga PPL system is already setup with good security features to avoid common tricks and scams.

For affiliates, this means that you now have more options to earn commissions from premium vendors and Pay Per Lead offers even if you have not certified your account. However, for vendors that require certified affiliates, you will not be able to participate. 

We highly recommend that all affiliates certify their account as soon as possible. To do this, just login to your JomNiaga account and click on Account > Certification to upload the relevant certification documents.

Telephone and Fax Temporarily Unavailable

Dear User,

We are currently in the midst of moving to our new office location. Therefore, our phone and fax lines may be temporarily unavailable while TM makes the necessary adjustments to move our lines to the new building. 

Although we have applied for the relocation in advance, it now seems like there will be an inevitable delay from TM in carrying out their work.

If you require any assistance, please email us instead. 

Support lines should be fully operational by 2nd January 2013.
